Yeesh.
I figured it would never happen, but this morning, this was what I was able to see from the kitchen table. (You can click on the picture for more snowy goodness.)
I’ll be back later with pictures of the new kitten, who now (also FINALLY) has a name.

That looks a lot like the pictures my parents send me of their backyard, right down to the snow on the table. All that’s missing is the bird feeder . . . .if it turns out that you’ve been living in my parents’ neighborhood all these years and I didn’t know it, I’m going to be peeved!
But no. The snow on their table is measured in *feet.*
